EU RoHS Directive (2011/65/EC)

Sivantos products comply with applicable requirements of EU RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU) on Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment as at the date of this declaration.

EU REACH Regulation (No. 1907/2006)

Sivantos products are considered as ‘articles’ (as defined in Article 3(3) of the REACH Regulation) which are not intended to contain any substances under normal and reasonably foreseeable conditions of use.

From time to time, the European Chemical Agency publishes a “candidate list” (last update: 2018-01-15). In the case that a substance mentioned in any such updated candidate list is be present in more than 0.1% in our articles, we will forthwith communicate this information proactively.
